Faster, fairer and more sustainable access to innovative medicines
AIM4ALL helps Health Systems and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers address the evidence gaps, financial risks and pricing challenges that can inhibit clinical trial investment and delay patient access to high-cost innovative medicines.
By connecting clinical research with routine care, AIM4ALL enables reliable real-world evidence, innovative contracting and more sustainable pricing.
From clinical trials to sustainable patient access
Health Systems are increasingly expected to make access and reimbursement decisions using immature evidence.
Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, meanwhile, face prolonged negotiations, uncertain launch conditions and pressure to establish acceptable most-favoured-nation (MFN) net launch pricing.
AIM4ALL provides a collaborative environment in which Health Systems, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and finance partners can develop:
Decision-grade real-world evidence before and after launch.
Payer-relevant datasets aligned with health technology assessment (HTA) requirements.
Innovative contracting models linked to value and outcomes.
Greater pricing visibility to support sustainable access.
A repeatable service that can be adopted across regions.
Developed in the UK Health System
Established in Scotland as a digital, learn-by-doing research environment, AIM4ALL has expanded its activities to NHS Wales and the UK Department of Health.
Its development has been supported by the UK Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult through the Advanced Therapy Treatment Centre (ATTC) Network, demonstrating the model's potential to be adopted and replicated across jurisdictions.
“This may be the only chance our patients get to access these medicines.”
